Returns
- As of October 2024, all returns will be accepted for store credit only in the event that your item breaks within the 30 day warranty window. ABSOLUTELY NO EXCEPTIONS.
- Receipt must be presented at time of claim if purchased at a market and/or online. ABSOLUTELY NO EXCEPTIONS.
- If item is purchased at a market and item is deemed broken due to faulty hardware, a replacement may be provided, subject to availability. Otherwise, a store credit will be given.
- Your return must be mailed out within 7 days of receiving your package.
- All shipping fees that occur during a return for replacement are the responsibility of the customer and original shipping fees are non-refundable.
