Return and Refund Policy

We hope you love your new piece—but if something’s not quite right, we’ve got you.

At this time, we don’t offer refunds on returned items unless there’s a manufacturing issue. If your item arrives damaged or defective, please reach out within 7 days of receiving it, and we’ll make it right.

For all other returns, we’re happy to offer store credit once the item is sent back in its original, unworn condition. Just email us first so we can get the process started.

Please note:

Custom pieces and personalized designs are final sale—we’re not able to offer refunds or store credit on these.

We’re unable to accept returns for items that were simply changed your mind about.
